Complete Restoration 2 months ago

Bought tires from Les Schwab 2 years ago. My tires are still under warranty. I didn’t put a lot of miles on this car cuz this is not my primary transportation. I went to get my tires rotated and told Les that I have a slow leak on one of them. They told me that they couldn’t fix the leak cuz my tires are too worn. They also told me I need new tires. I was like no way since these tires are fairly new. Took it to Big Brand and not only they were able to fix the slow leak they did it for free! I appreciate the honesty. You guys are legit! You have my business. I will definitely be coming back. I 100 percent recommend theses guys. Thank you Wes!

Not only did they get the tire fixed quickly and with good customer service they were going to do it for free.! They were so helpful and got our trailer back on the road quicker then Les Schwab was saying it would take them. Not to mention how friendly they were. Thank you Big Brand Tire you guys are amazing.

While traveling to visit family from out of state I needed to have my brakes inspected because of a vibration. They were very quick to diagnose and complete the needed repairs which were very reasonable and fast. Thank you Big Brand for making my trip back home much more comfortable. If you're in the Coeur d'Alene area and need service, dont take your chances anywhere else. Stop in and let these guys take care of you, you won't regret it.

Was passing through town and we needed a balance and rotate as we are on a long road trip, called up and within 30 minutes we are in the shop. They got us done and rolling in an hour at a very reasonable price. Super happy now we're rolling smoothly.
